FAQs

WHAT ARE LOGO CONCEPTS?

Logo concepts are distinct design ideas or proposals for your logo. For example, if you purchase a package with 6 logo concepts, you’ll receive 6 unique logo options to choose from, each offering a different interpretation of your brand.

WHAT ARE REVISION ROUNDS?

Revision rounds are the stages in the design process where changes or adjustments can be made to the design based on your feedback. They allow for fine-tuning and refining the design to better align with your vision.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A REVISION AND A NEW LOGO DESIGN?

A revision involves making small adjustments to an existing design, such as altering colors, resizing elements, or fine-tuning details like line thickness. These changes build upon the original design without altering its core structure.

On the other hand, creating entirely new shapes, patterns, or elements—especially those that fundamentally change the design — requires starting from scratch. This level of work involves significant time and effort, and as such, is considered a new logo design rather than a revision.

I AM LOOKING TO PURCHASE A LOGO OR BRANDING PACKAGE, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE DESIGNS?

Typically, you will receive the logo concepts within 2-5 days depending on the package purchase. Please ensure you check the turnaround time on the package page description. For branding packages which include brand materials, the turnaround time can vary depending on the brand collaterals included in your package.

DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE ANY SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR IDEAS FOR THE LOGO?

We highly recommend to fill in our order requirements form in depth as this will help our design team during the design process. It will help us understand your vision for the brand and desired aesthetic. It also minimises the need of revisions and changes at a later point.
